Exercise Goal: Run continuously for 1 mile




SMART METHOD

Specific: Run for 1 mile, continuously. I will run for three days each week and increase my time by 1/8th a mile as needed.

Measurable: Each run will be tracked on this site and also, with my apple watch.

Attainable: I am making it my goal to run 1 mile continuously within 8 weeks

Relevant: I enjoy running but since I am out of shape I overdo it often. I want to establish a life-long running habit and not burn out. By giving myself a generous amount of time and staying strict with the distance I feel strongly that I will be able to reach this goal with no injury.

Timely: I have given myself a timeline of 8 weeks starting this week. My run days will be Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
